Outlook from a senior working as an equipment management technician

Equipment management is a technical job but its essence is service.

You will do not only routine work such as facility patrolling and operational control, but also handle energy data analysis, energy saving presentation, and large-scale repair planning to enhance the asset value of the customer’s building. I believe that, although this job is technical in nature, its essential core is service. This working environment offers you the chance to start from zero, with little or no experience, and grow to become a maintenance professional through instruction from seniors with extensive experience and a number of rewarding seminars.
