| We make proposals as a company that lowers environmental burden. |
 |
In recent years, commercial buildings have shown a marked increase in energy consumption, and the need for significant improvement is being driven not only by owners’ needs to conserve energy and reduce costs, but also by society’s demands.
An additional major topic for companies is protection of the environment through means such as waste processing and recycling.
As a building management company, CBS has since early on worked to lower environmental burden in ways that are efficient and maintain comfort.
Toward that end, we gained ISO14001 certification in September 2000 and we offer stage-by-stage diagnosis and management services in which we apply advanced technology and management capabilities to address energy efficiency needs and LCC-based management. |

| Because CBS is :People and Technology… |
 |
| Even with the amazing progression of automation in the modern era, building management, our primary business, includes many tasks that cannot be automated.
The quality with which these tasks are performed, therefore, depends to a large extent on the capabilities of trained employees.
To protect our customers’ precious assets, all CBS employees take advantage of training programs and daily learning to improve their provision of services.
Because CBS is: people and technology, our organization, as a unified whole, devotes significant effort to the growth of individual employees.
One of our goals in improving the quality of our employees is to have them actively gain professional qualifications. To date, approximately 500 of our current employees have done so. |
